Action Hero Akashy Kumar was bornas a Rajiv Hariom Bhatia in Punjab. His father was a government employee, at a very young age he started giving dance performances . He has studied in Don Bosco school and Khalasa college. From young only Akashy has keen interest in Martial Ats , he has studied many books of Martial Arts. Then he went to Bangkok to learn Martial Arts there he worked as a chef. After a couple of year of modelling, hre has entered in Bollywood with his first movie Deedar produced by Pramod Chakravarthy. His first major achievement was in movie Khiladi in 1992. After this he worked with many directors and he consequently nominated for best actor award fpr filmfare and Star Screen functions. Akashy has given super hit movie Race, Hey Baby,Mujhse shaadi karogi, Phir Hera Pheri, Blue and lot more.
Akashy Kumar has not worked as a action hero but he is very good comodian, romantic hero as well. But Akashy loves to do stunded, he has hosted reality TV 'Kharo Ki Kiladi' . Akashy is abrand ambassdor of Grasim, gears of War (GoW) and Viva Pinata by Microsoft, Levis. Akashy Kumar got married on 14January 2001with the daughter o Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia Twinkle Khanna and on 15 September 2002 he became father. In the year 2008, the Universityof Winsdor in Canada conferred an Honory Doctrorate of Law and in the year 2009, he was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India.
